Dr. Sara Waterbury, APRN DNP PMHNP-BC

A Florida native, Dr. Sara attended Indian River State College for both of her Undergraduate Nursing Degrees (Associates and Bachelor’s), and then pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Dr. Sara graduated from the University of Florida with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health (DNP, PMHNP). She has experience in working where situations can be challenging as a Case Manager in the ER and Intensive Care Unit as well as practicing in a Psychiatric Correctional setting. Dr. Sara is active in the Treasure Coast medical community as an advocate for patients and colleagues; recommended by other local healthcare professionals to join the Southern Comfort care model.
