which started as a novel clinic offering Direct Primary Care (DPC) in Fort Pierce, Florida. We focus on the “whole patient,” with a business model that addresses a lot of problems with the healthcare system including unpredictable costs, lack of coordinated care, and limitations that affect the relationship with providers.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths.
We provide a neutral safe space for therapy, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
By not accepting insurance, we created a clinic that evolves around what is the best for the patient and sustainable by all. We’ve returned family medicine to its root values of clinical excellence for every patient.

A Florida native, Dr. Sara attended Indian River State College for both of her Undergraduate Nursing Degrees (Associates and Bachelor’s), and then pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Dr. Sara graduated from the University of Florida with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health (DNP, PMHNP).

Dr. Sara is active in the Treasure Coast medical community as an advocate for patients and colleagues, and can often be found volunteering or participating in events and activities to uplift our neighbors. Follow us on social and stay up-to-date.
Direct Care Model
Payment for mental health services is coordinated directly between the provider and the patient/caregiver, with no third party payer billing to get in the way of high-quality patient care.
